By purchasing goods or services on Lotus and the Snake, you agree to this refund and return policy stated below.
Booked services and appointments are non-refundable unless canceled 24 hours or more ahead of time except at the sole discretion of the booked vendor.
If the customer misses a service appointment or is more than 15 minutes late, the service is non-refundable. The booked vendor may opt to reschedule at their discretion but rescheduling is not guaranteed in this situation.
For goods and services, returns and full refunds are permitted for the first 30-days from the initial purchase date.
Health, wellness, or food products are entirely non-returnable and non-refundable at time of purchase.
Items are to be shipped back to the sending address with similar quality at the purchase date to receive a refund. If items are damaged or meaningfully changed compared to the listing (e.g. burned, painted, or chemically changed), no refund will be permitted. Partial refunds are not permitted for any reason.
